Adapter consists of 2 adapter rings- the main part has a S.M. to R camera mount and the 2nd ring has a S.M. lens mount to S.M. camera, Screwmount lenses can be used on Leica R cameras for close-up/macro photography. And for collapsible lenses you can even have a 3rd distance to the camera by using both adapters while collapsing the lens (rear of lens will hit the camera's reflex mirror if used w/o both adapters). Made by Novoflex in Germany. Lens & camera in photos not included.
