New Old Stock for model lll that has been converted to flash, can still be used on normal Leica lll models, however the area for the shoe to fit on top is slightly higher than a normal top cover as seen in photo with white pencil pointing this out. No serial #. I placed the top cover onto a Leica lll camera to show how it fits.
